Earlier this week Cuong spoke at a breakfast seminar in the World Trade Center in St. Louis. This event was hosted by Asian American Chamber of Commerce (AACC), for whom Cuong serves as a board member.
During this presentation, Cuong spoke on the economic landscape of Vietnam and weighed in on which industries are the most promising. He shared changes and opportunities in Vietnam policies and regulations following the Trans-Pacific Partnership agreement, and the implications for foreign trade partners.
This conversation was in preparation of the AACC’s upcoming trade mission, where Cuong will lead a group of business professionals on a trip to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This annual trip gives St. Louis-based professionals and entrepreneurs an opportunity to meet with Asian business leaders and investors to foster international cooperation and growth.
