Rachel Franz grew up in the Chicago area, where she fell in love with local restaurants, music, and the business world. After a short-but-sweet career as a jazz singer, she graduated from Millikin University and began working for Von Maur in corporate management. She moved on to nonprofit consulting and management as the interim Executive Director for the Children’s Museum of Illinois, where she managed all staff, financial operations, and daily business including payroll, grant solicitation, and event coordination. During her time there, Rachel was able to create and implement a new grant management system and increased monthly unrestricted contributions by 700%. In 2016, she moved to St. Louis and joined Enliven’s team.
Rachel believes that ‘dreams can inspire you, but goals can change your life’, and strives to combine strategy with vision to achieve objectives. Her action-oriented process helps small and large businesses alike move quickly towards their goals and measurable success. After a hard day’s work, she’ll gladly start a conversation about the latest Green Bay Packers game, where to get the best tacos, or show you pictures of her rescue dogs Rocky and Bella.
